Resolving a “License Expired” Message
If a "License Expired" message appears on your screen, consult the appropriate information below to resolve the issue listed in most likely setup:
Contact Your License Reseller (most likely)
- In most cases, licenses are purchased through an external reseller. Please contact your reseller directly for renewal or reactivation assistance.
Contact Your Internal Helpdesk Team

If your organisation manages licenses internally, report the expired license to your helpdesk or support team.

Restart the Device
