Resolving a “License Expired” Message

 

If a "License Expired" message appears on your screen, consult the appropriate information below to resolve the issue listed in most likely setup:

Contact Your License Reseller (most likely)

  • In most cases, licenses are purchased through an external reseller. Please contact your reseller directly for renewal or reactivation assistance.

 

Contact Your Internal Helpdesk Team 

  • If your organisation manages licenses internally, report the expired license to your helpdesk or support team.

Reach Out to NowSignage Support

  • If you purchased your license direct through NowSignage or are unsure how your license is managed, please email orders@nowsignage.com or raise a support ticket for renewal or reactivation assistance.

Restart the Device

  • After resolving the license issue, restart the device displaying the message to sync it with the server.
