If you encounter a “License Expired” message displayed on your screen, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Verify Screen Assignment
- Ensure the screen is assigned to the correct license within the NowSignage CMS.
2. Contact Your Reseller
- If you purchased the license through a reseller, contact them directly for renewal or reactivation assistance.
4. Reach Out to Support
- If you purchased the license direct through NowSignage, please email orders@nowsignage.com or raise a support ticket for renewal or reactivation assistance.

5. Restart the Device
