How To Remove Or Edit A Time Slot

Edit a Timeslot

To make changes to an existing timeslot:

1. From your NowSignage project, select Schedules from the left-hand menu.
2. Select the Schedule you want to edit (not the pencil icon).
3. Review the timeslot you want to change within the Timeslots Overview.
4. Select the timeslot to edit it.
   
5. Make the required changes. You can update:
   • The selected days
   • The From and To times
   • The assigned Playlist or Layout
6. Select Save to save your changes.

Remove a Timeslot

If a timeslot is no longer required, it can be removed from the Schedule.

1. Open the required Schedule.
2. Locate the timeslot you want to remove within the Timeslots area.
3. Select the delete/trash icon for the timeslot.
4. Select Save to save your changes (Changes are not saved until you select Save).

Schedule Validation

The Schedule interface will highlight configuration issues when changes result in an invalid Schedule.

For example, if your changes create an overlapping timeslot, or a timeslot does not have a Playlist or Layout assigned, a red error message will be displayed.
