In NowSignage, you have the ability to export all data from the 'screens' dashboard. This feature is particularly useful when managing large-scale projects that necessitate a report of screen PIN numbers for effective deployment.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
Export to CSV Function

Begin in the ‘Screens’ section of the platform.
- On the right-hand side, click the ‘Actions’ button, then select the ‘Export Screens’ option.
- A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select or deselect specific data options that you wish to include in the CSV export.
- After clicking the 'Export CSV' button, the selected data will be compiled into a CSV file, which will then automatically download to your desktop.
