How to disable the Google application to prevent interference with the NowSignage app, causing it to crash
Pre-Setup:
To perform this action, you will need the following:
- 1x remote control
- 1x USB Mouse or Keyboard (optional)

Steps - (7)

Open the ‘Settings’ application.

- Step 3
Select the ‘Apps’ setting.
- Step 4

- Step 5
Disable the application by selecting the ‘DISABLE’ option.
Please note: You may need to hold the ‘OK’ button instead of pressing this once on Step 4 if you can’t navigate to the ‘Disable’ button with the arrow keys using the New Remote Control.
Or if using the Old Remote Control, press the ‘Tab’ button.

Select the ‘DISABLE APP’ option and confirm all the uninstallation instructions.

Make sure the app is disabled by checking the button says ‘ENABLE’ as shown below.
Warning - Please ensure to fully reboot the device to update the setting change.
You can confirm the application is disabled on the previous menu to the right of the ‘Google’ application.
