IPTV live stream restrictions in certain regions: Due to licensing agreements, copyright restrictions, and content distribution policies. For example, the BBC is geo-restricted to viewers in the UK, meaning it cannot be accessed directly from Ireland or other countries unless specific measures are taken.
Steps to add an IPTV Live Stream:
- Click into the 'Playlist' tab on the left navigation menu.
- Click into the 'Add to playlist' dropdown menu and select 'Live Streams' from the list
- To add a stream to your playlist, simple click the [+ Add button]
Tip: You can include multiple Live Streams in your playlist as needed.
Once you make a selection, the stream settings menu will appear, providing you with options to customise and manage your stream effectively.
The default Live Stream duration is 300 seconds (5 minutes), but you can adjust it as needed. After selecting your desired duration, click 'Add to playlist' to include it.
Caution: The External URL field is automatically filled in for you. Please refrain from changing this URL, as any modifications will prevent the stream from functioning properly.
