Recommended dimension sizes for images/videos

We recommend that any images/videos are uploaded in the standard dimensions of:

Portrait

1080 x 1920 pixels

Landscape

1920 x 1080 pixels

Please Note - Images will always automatically stretch to the canvas of the screen you are loading NowSignage onto, so we advise these to be designed in the correct dimensions of your display.

Videos will never stretch outside of their aspect ratio, so if these are designed in an aspect ratio different from your display, the videos may 'letterbox' and not appear in fullscreen.

Please do not upload any items which exceed 8,192 x 8,192 pixels dimensions as this is the maximum size of what can be uploaded into NowSignage.
